While most people think of auctions as an evening event, New Day will fittingly begin the morning at 9:30 am.
Hollywood actor Ken Watanabe will join us for a special reading of the poem Ame ni mo Makezu by Kenji Miyazawa, making this a fitting event for people wishing to show their support to Japan. The assembled artists include some of the top names in contemporary art and to give everyone a chance to view, we will be holding a preview at Gagosian Gallery from October 26-28. A press call will also be held on October 27. All proceeds generated from this sale by 15 world-class artists will go to organizations assisting with the relief effort.
